The item is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags and packaging.
The item has not been washed or damaged.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a return address.
You must return the item along with the Return Authorization Number and retain the tracking number for future reference.
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions. The refund will be sent to your original payment method and may take some time to appear in your account.
- Shipping Policy
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item but the reason is not our responsibility, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Exchange Policy
We currently do not support direct exchanges of goods. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and apply for a refund following the above procedure, then repurchase the item you wish to receive.
